Lifting equipment for bridge

Lifting equipment is used to lift out heavy components. These structures were manufactured by DFK-Steel on behalf of Mobilis TBI. The specials were used to lift out components of the bridge between Papendrecht and Dordrecht, some weighing several hundred tonnes. When lifting bridge components of this weight, safety is paramount. That is why specially designed steel lifting structures are used. They have an extremely high load-bearing capacity and ensure that the load can be moved safely and in a controlled manner. The renovation of the bridge will continue until mid-April 2027.
