25-metre-long and 7-metre-wide pipe rack

At a petrochemical terminal, almost everything is transported through pipelines. But where do you put all those pipes? Pipe racks are commonly used at terminals to route pipelines safely and efficiently across the site. They support the pipework and help create a safe and well-organised site. We built this structure on behalf of Nederlandse Leiding Bouw (NLB). The pipe rack is 25 metres long, 7 metres wide and 4.5 metres high. The entire structure was prefabricated at DFK-Steel’s production facility in Gorinchem.
