Platforms for the Botlek bridge

DFK-Steel manufactured these platforms for the Botlek Bridge on behalf of Hollandia Services. Designed to provide safe access for maintenance work on this iconic bridge. The four tension cylinder platforms were assembled and welded in our production workshop. Before installation in the Botlek bridge, the steel structures were galvanized and coated — essential protection in a water-rich environment.

These types of structures are mainly used in locations where large machines or moving structures require maintenance, such as ships, bridges, and terminals. They provide safe access for maintenance work in hard-to-reach areas.
